วันนี้ผมนำประสบการณ์จากท่านที่ PM มาถามเรื่อง กรรมฐานเมตตาใหญ่ และบอกให้นำไปสวด 1 สัปดาห์ มาให้อ่าน เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจครับ


-สวัสดีครับ พี่ ransang ผม สวด 108 จบครบหนึ่งอาทิตย์แล้ว(มีหนึ่งวัน ที่ไม่ได้สวด..แต่ได้เพิ่มจำนวนเป็นสองเท่าเป็นการชดเชย) จากการได้สวดผมมีความรู้สึกว่า ร่างกายและใจเบาขึ้น ความสัมพันธ์คนรอบข้างเป็นไปได้ดีกว่าเก่า บางครั้งเวลาสวดไปเเรื่อยๆ นึกคำสวดไม่ออกเสียดื้อๆ เหมือนคนจะหลับน่ะครับ จะพยายามให้มีสติมากกว่านี้
และจะสวด 108 จบไปเรื่อยๆ หนึ่งอาทิตย์ค่อยมารายงานผลสักครั้ง
สุดท้ายนี้ขอให้ พี่ransang มีความสุข ถ้ามีอะไรเพิ่มเติ่มช่วยแนะนำด้วยน่ะครับ

 

เนื่องจากผลที่ได้จากการภาวนาหรือปฏิบัติ "กรรมฐานเมตตาใหญ่" โดยใช้คำบริกรรม พระพุทธะ เมตตา อโหสิ กรรม จะส่งผลช่วยคลายวิบากกรรมจากการที่เราได้ขอและอโหสิกรรมต่อเจ้ากรรมนายเวรเราในด้านต่าง ๆ ในระหว่างการภาวนาหรือการปฏิบัติกรรมฐานอาจจะมีอาการบางอย่างเกิดขึ้น เช่น ปวดเมื่อย เจ็บตามตัว เจ็บปวดตามร่างกาย หรือภาวนาไม่ออก มึน งง แล้วแต่วาระกรรมที่จะแสดงออกมา ซึ่งนั่นก็คือส่วนหนึ่งของการสื่อจากเจ้ากรรมนายเวรหรือเป็นการใช้กรรม ใช้เศษกรรมที่มีอยู่ เมื่อมีอาการต่าง ๆ เกิดขึ้น ให้นึกถึงเจ้ากรรมนายเวรแล้วแผ่เมตตาอุทิศบุญกุศลในทันทีจะช่วยผ่อนคลาย สลายอาการต่าง ๆ ได้

มีบางคนที่ปฏิบัติเป็นประจำแล้วเกิดมีปัญหาหยุดทำไม่ต่อเนื่อง จะมีอาการหงุดหงิด รำคาญใจ ปวดเนื้อปวดตัวได้เช่นกัน นั่นคือเขาเคยได้บุญอยู่แล้วเราไม่ทำต่อเขาจะมาดลใจเราให้เป็นอาการต่าง ๆ ดังนั้นเราควรจะทำทุกวัน มากบ้าง น้อยบ้าง ตามแต่สถานการณ์แต่ขอให้ทำและกรวดน้ำแผ่เมตตา และใน 1 วันควรหาเวลาที่ทำเป็นรูปแบบไหว้พระสวดมนต์ต่อหน้าพระแล้วภาวนาหรือปฏิบัติ "กรรมฐานเมตตาใหญ่" เพื่อกลั่นบุญที่ได้จากการภาวนาหรือปฏิบัติมาทั้งวันให้เป็นกำลังที่สมบูรณ์ส่งให้สิ่งต่าง ๆ อีกที พร้อมทั้งแผ่เมตตาและกรวดน้ำด้วย

 

มีเรื่องความฝันของผมเมื่อคืนนี้มาเล่าให้ฟังครับ ผมอาจจะกินมากเลยฝันเยอะ ยังไงก็ช่วยฟังๆ ผมหน่อยละกันครับ

---- ผมฝันว่าผมไปเชียงใหม่ไปหาเพื่อน ในฝันเพื่อนผมบอกว่าเชียงใหม่จะสร้างพระกริ่ง (อะไรซักอย่างผมจำไม่ได้ แต่ในฝันเพื่อนบอกจำนวนการสร้างทั้งหมด มี 60 หรือ 66 องค์ประมาณนี้อ่ะครับ) ระหว่างที่คุยอยู่ในฝัน ก็มีพระรูปหนึ่งเดินมา ถือไม้เท้ามาด้วย เป็นพระหนุ่มรูปร่างใหญ่ เหมือนคนตัวใหญ่ครับ ผมเห็นปุ๊บ ไม่รู้ทำไมในฝันผมก็รีบเข้าไปก้มกราบท่านที่เท้า แล้วพระรูปนั้นก็เอาปลายไม้เท้ามาเหมือนเขียนอะไรที่หลังท้ายทอยผม แล้วผมมีอาการเหมือนของขึ้น ขนลุก แล้วฝันก็ตัดมาที่เพื่อนผมเอารูปพระที่นั่งปลุกเสกพระกริ่ง (ที่พูดถึงตอนแรก) มาให้ดู ก็มีไม่รู้จะเรียกพระดีรึเปล่า ออกเหมือนาษีซะมากกว่าเพราะห่มจีวรแต่ไว้หนวดยาว .......... ลืมบอกไปไม้เท้าที่ท่านถือ มีขนาดใหญ่ครับ น่าจะประมาณแขนผู้ชายเรานี่อ่ะครับ

จบแล้วครับ อาจจะเป้นเพราะผมคิดมาก กินเยอะก็ได้ครับ โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณในการชมครับ แหะๆๆๆๆ ผมพึ่งเริ่มต้นท่องจริงๆคือเมื่อวานนี้เอง เดินไปไหนก็ท่อง นึกขึ้นได้ก็ท่อง สวดมนต์ก่อนนอนเสร็จ นอนอยู่ก็ท่อง จะไม่ท่องแค่ตอนเข้าห้องน้ำอ่ะครับ.....

เอาเป็นว่าฝันดี ก็ตั้งใจ ตั้งสิต พยามดื้อและซนให้น้อย ๆ ลง ยิ่งไป ๆ มา ๆ จิตก็วอกแวก ตั้งสติไม่อยู่ พยายามทำเข้าสติจริง ๆ จะได้เกิดจะได้เป็นที่พึ่งของคนในครอบครัวและคนอื่น ๆ ได้ นะครับ
